Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

We accept returns for eligible items within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Defective Items
If you believe your item is defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect. Once reviewed, we will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit if the claim is approved.

Important Notes:

  • Discounted items or labeled imperfect are NOT eligible for returns. 

  • Orders with a free shipping discount, for returned items, the original shipping discount will be prorated and added to the restocking fee charge.

  • All orders are carefully checked for accuracy before shipping. If there is an error with your order, please notify us within 3 business days so we can resolve the issue. 
  • All sales are final after 3 business days. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds after this window.

International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international sales. All international sales are final.

Refund Process: 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
